A Tool For Self-Distortion, 2021.

A Tool For Self-Distortion consists of twelve concave aluminium dishes measuring 30cm square and a two hour single-channel video projection of one of them being made with an English Wheel. With six of the bowls mounted on tripods and in the projector’s path, they catch and distort their creation and scatter its light around the room. The remaining six stand around the room receiving the transmission and reflect on it.
