Elevations is a collection of discarded and appropriated materials from my everyday surrounds. They are scrap steel and timber, newsprint roll cores, data cable, tables and chairs, magazine files, fit-balls, frames, bricks, canvas, fixer bottles, and hose. Woven, stacked, balanced, and bent, they are resurrected into forms that shift and change. Unfixed and impermanent, they are a brief and playful resistance of meaning consigned by perception, waiting to collapse into disregard again.
